Gold Top Laner Looking For A Team

I'm a 23 year old Top Laner who has been playing for a few seasons. Season 3 I went from Bronze 5 to Silver 2, However in Season 4 I only got to play for a month because i was in Afghanistan and i remained in Silver that season with less than 100 games in rank. Season 5 i had terrible promos and can admit i was just really cocky and only got Silver 5 and climbed my way to Gold 2 all Season learning a lot along the way.

I play a lot of Renekton and Irelia, I know most of their match ups in lane. Sion i played a lot early in the season and fared pretty well with him the inflated win rate was because i was in Silver when i played him. i didn't really pick up Vladimir or Maokai until late in the season and showed pretty strong understanding of what they bring and how to play them. I consider myself an adaptable player and can always pick up any champ that is requested, I also own all the champs so nobody is out of the question for me to practice.
