Creating Active rank 5 team
Type of people I’m looking for Hi, I’m looking to create an active ranked 5 team. I am looking for people who have a desire to improve and are willing to put the time into the group. Good behavior is a must although being critical about what people do is fine however never blame another for a losing a game. After each game we will have a discussion on what we can improve on both individually. Most important we are here to have fun. I will likely run a couple norms with anyone who applies to see if we have synergy or not (this is for both you and me). This means that there is no restriction on Elo or age however being mature is important. Having curse and/or Skype is an asset but not a must and if you just want to listen and not talk that is fine too.
When we’ll be playing When we will be playing is variable and will be discussed the previous week. I imagine most of the time we’ll be playing evenings PST however this is up for discussion. Please be prepared to put in a couple days/hours a week.

I don’t rank a ton and just started to rank again around May (had to learn roles other than sup so I don’t let the team down when I can’t sup). I am older than 18.
Roles I am looking for I’m basically looking for all roles and subs as well. I have an adc or mid lane already he can play either role proficiently. I’m also looking for an in game shot caller. Who this is will be is determined by the team (I am willing to take this role but will always give it over to whoever is the best shot caller).
