Recruiting Top/Jungle for Lower Elo Team

We are looking to become a serious team. Right now we are hoping to recruit a top laner and a jungler. What I look for in a resume is someone who can work well with a team, and someone who can adapt to what is strong at the moment. This is going to be a bronze-gold team so if you're higher elo I would suggest looking elsewhere, but rank in the end doesn't really matter when it comes to trying out applicants.
