Plat V Top Lane Meta Slave LFT 5's team

Hi, I'm a Plat V Top Laner who plays strictly Top Lane meta. I'm currently looking for a Plat 5's team preferably with coaching. I have an extremely flexible schedule being free nearly all weekdays, and weekends, with the exception of a few weekends I take off to visit friends.
