every time i play ranked or any game mode i get the dumbest of the dumb on my team why is that

Well shit happens really, but in lol the only constant factor is you, so you can't try to fix how your teammates act. In the best case you can take to and use it to help their lanes but really that's it. Look to improve yourself, you can't improve others.
