Looking For a Competent team

Is it that hard to not understand what zilean's ult does?... 4 times last match, i'd ult someone and they'd run away, leaving me to die. I need an adc/team that isn't afraid to charge head on and take on 5 at a time. Not some random player that doesn't understand what zilean does and runs away at every fight. Please! I am not squading with trolls or idiots. I just want a decent, respectful team.
