I'm looking for a small/ new community to host tournaments and branch into other games.

Hiya Rikuduo! I might have an answer for you. Check out http://taw.net/ ... we're interesting as far as community goes! TAW, or The Art of Warfare, has been around since 2001. We have an EXTENSIVE number of games available, not just League of Legends--such as Hearthstone, Overwatch, and more--and while we're a large community, the League of Legends division is sort of small! We're looking for more members, so if a small community inside of a large one sounds like your thing, you should check us out. You would be able to get into other games, and practice with players from bronze all the way through diamond. For me, TAW is like a family!
