S6 Plat Support Trying to climb back

Last season finished Plat 4 then decayed down to Plat 5 was dealing with my transition out of the marine corps & some other things. Bombed placements this season ended up S3 afterwards and now half way through S1 already. MMR took a hit playing with too many lower Gold friends and losing more than winning, it's okay I learned my lesson.
