Semi Serious Plat/Diamond Ranked team looking for committed top Laner

Hello there, we are a group of plat/diamond solo queue players who want to sharpen our skills and enter amateur tournaments in order to compete with other organized league of legends teams and to get better. We will come up with strategies together and focus on specific team comps to figure out what works best. We want someone who is able to play regularly and who is not toxic, however who is willing to communicate mistakes made by teammates in an attempt to promote increased skill and not just to tear other people down.
