Plat 1 ADC/JG main LF either Tournament/Ranked 5s team!

Just really trying to get back into league and thought this is the best way to go. I'm very competitive and think I am pretty skilled at what I do. As you can see I don't play ranked often but I could easily hit diamond and have been in Diamond promos once already! Serious offers for tournament teams or ranked 5s team would be very appreciated!
