looking for gold to plat support

Hey league of legends community, I'm the captain of uncarriables inc. I'm looking for a support. the requirements are, you have to want to win, you have to want to improve, you also need to be able to practice most days during the afternoons. have a decent champ pool. if you have all these requirements then please put in the comments section.
