Team Lightning LF Head Coach

So we are looking for the last piece to our puzzle as a team. We need a head coach. Not just a coach, but a head coach. We need someone to help us prepare our comps, strategy, game plan, and our picks/bans. Our expectations: You can direct a teams efforts into making the team better as a coordinated group and as individuals. You show respect to the players and staff while maintaining somewhat strict principles for the team to follow. You will set up a strategy for practices, a game plan for the upcoming game, and prepare comps the team can understand and utilize. What you can expect from us: We will follow the leadership of our coach and trust in his/hers decision making in the strategy, game plan, and comps. We will show respect to our coach by not second guessing every decision and instead seeking the knowledge to get better as a team and individual. What the coach says, goes. We want to get better in all aspects of the game.

We are a gold plat team that compete on Wednesdays with a late night schedule. Our practices are on Saturday, Sunday, and Tuesday at 8 pm pacific(11 eastern) to 11 pacific(2 eastern). Please add me for an interview.
