Looking for (supp or adc) to duo with bot lane

Hey, i'm silver 1 (or was i did not played for a while on this account) and i'm looking to step up my game bot lane and carry with someone to gold. I can play adc or support i rly dont mind, I just want to find a good duo partner to play with me bot lane. Right now i main jinx, graves, lucian or Blitz, leona, nami, morgana. Basically looking for a very good partner to play some ranked and play aggresive to carry at last 2 games out of 3 ( so if you are good in math, if we play 9 games we should be able to carry 6 games :p) .
