-----Basic Information about the team-----
Looking to play during the afternoon / evening. As early as 5pm as late as 1am finishing PST. We will talk about dates on which we will practice as we get a set 5 together. I expect people to be mature people. Therefore you must be at least 17 years of age to apply to the team. In addition, by applying for this team you should demonstrate complete dedication and loyalty to this team. This team has goals of competing in tournaments and also committing time to being the best it can be as a unit , while also growing individually. When starting this team I would ask that players( those applying ) to have flexible schedules. Due to the fact, we all have lives outside of Summoner's Rift I would ask everyone to be open with their schedules until we work out set practices times that work with all of the players once the roster is confirmed. There will be practices at least 3 or 4 days out of the week. THIS IS A SPONSORED AND SUPPORTED TEAM Once a Roster is set I Will go into More Detail With the Chosen. With that being said, a level of serious and professionalism will come with joining this team. However with the proper performance from the team this could turn into a huge opportunity for all of the players and staff. I the team captain would like to start the application/ tryout process as soon as possible.
-----Requirements for people applying for Player positions on the team-----
- Must be 17 years of age or older
- Must be willing to download any chat program the team decides to use (Skype, TS, Curse, or Raidcall)
- Must attend at least 3/4 practices during the week
- Must be able to communicate effectively with team members
- Must be able to vocalize any issues you are having with game play
- Must play a decent amount of solo/duo queue during off days
- Must effectively aim to broaden champ pool based on team comp needs.
- Must be able to both give and take criticism in a constructive manner
- Must be able to work with coaching staff to effectively improve game play
- Should be capable of shot calling (will strengthen chances of making team) (Interview will be conducting before any final decisions are made )

-Bullying -Raging during practices -Blaming a whole game on one person's mistake -Making Team mates feel uncomfortable -Racism -BM towards any enemy team
- Hateful messages -Missing excessive practices (without legitimate reasons) -Missing tournaments (without legitimate reasons) -Arguing with Coaching staff ( Constructive discussions are completely different)
- Arguing with shot callers decisions in the middle of games (Breaking these rules can result in immediate removal from the team)

Why are you looking for a team: I want to be competitive and increase my skills in League of Legends. I'm quite competitive in nature and feel like playing with mostly randoms is not cutting it anymore, and I'd like to meet others who are just as competitive and driven as me.

What do you expect from your team mates: I expect trust, and good listening skills, as well as, opinions. I expect a team to share ideas and opinions and challenge each other to be better players.

What do you consider to be your strengths: I am a strong laner with tons of versatility and flexability, I am very experienced, and I am naturally a leader so I have the ability to bring a group together as I unit.
What do you consider to be your weaknesses: My weaknesses are my nerves/anxiety, my wave control needs to be fixed so I can better set the pace of the game, and lastly "heroism" I have a tendency to try to do things by myself instead of letting my team help me.
Why are you looking for a team: I want to find a serious team that seeks improvement as much as I do and is relentless in reaching their goals. I am looking to find a team with a well structured staff body to support the team and strong team members that are willing to work with one another and grow with one another building eachother up whenever possible.
Comfort Shot calling (on a scale of 1-10, 1 =being weak ; 10= being strong ): I am a confident 8 when it comes to shot calling. But, I believe a team should have the whole team shotcalling or at least in different areas with one overarching voice to make a decision when it comes down to it.
What do you expect from your team mates: I expect my teamates to be trustable I want my teamates to trust in me as much as I want to trust in them. I want my teamates to build me up and not tear me down helping eachother out in comradery. I also expect my teamates to take criticism and to not be afraid to give it. Also, when giving criticism I expect it to be reproving and not castigating so that it will be recieved. Most of all I expect my teamates to be as relentless as I am always seeking to improve and be the best that they can be.
Any extra information you would like to give: The only information I have to give is that I have a lot of team experience I have gained over the years with playing in serious teams that have helped mold me into the player I am today.

Comfort Shot calling (on a scale of 1-10, 1 =being weak ; 10= being strong ): A big 9/10. The reason is to get at my ranks I had to shotcall my teams with good shotcalls.
What do you expect from your team mates: I exept from them to be mature, serious and that can take critism and give some (with respect of course)
Any extra information you would like to give: I have some experience in coaching players, so I can help the team after the game in analysis and stuff
