Looking for a team for pre season and season 5

Hello all me and my buddy are looking for a team to hopefully get to high ranks with for the upcoming season. We are looking for cool people and players to hang with that have voice communication (curse voice pref). I play Top Mid Adc primarily while he plays mid and support so we need players that are strong in specific role to lock down the team comp and where people will end up going.
