Looking for somebody for 3v3 team.

I have been wanting to put together a serious 3v3 team and do not have players that like 3s enough to become serious. I have faced a few challenger and diamond 3s team and have watched some of their strategies. Please be open to criticism and try to listen to what we are telling you in call.
