Support in need of a team

I have been rank solo queuing in hopes of finding good players, in spite of that I have had team after team ram my rank and Elo into the ground like my face was meant as a shovel, whether they had not the clue or concept of warding, grouping and frolicking in a lemming train to the meat grinder. I would like to join a full team(or help build one) and prove my effectiveness as a support and finally get somewhere in this damn game >_<.
