Team looking for Top/Jungler/ADC
Hi there,
Attempting to put together a 5's team with hopes of at least achieving Plat status. Currently seeking Top/Jungler/ADC players to fill the 3 missing spots. Read below for more details. Our play times are pretty consistent. During the week, we start around 9:30pm CST. Weekends could start as early as 2pm CST. This is not an extremely serious team, and we do not want you to schedule your life around times we want people on. Life happens, and that's cool.
Current Roster
Mid Lane: Akrobatix(Me) Current Elo: Plat IV and rising Champion pool: All over the map. I play whatever I feel will be best in a situation. Most played champions: Kennen, Kog'Maw, Varus, Jarvan IV, Wukong
Support: Lakepinto(Team Captain and Shot caller) Current Elo: Gold III and rising. Champion pool: Aggressive supports Most played champions: Morgana, Annie, Thresh
What we need
While skill is important, we value cooperation, ability to adapt and learn, and good decision making. Players should be familiar with most lane matchups in their lane, knowing how to best play them to help the team. If we find that your skill level is too low for the time being, we will politely let you know after your try out. All I am trying to point out is that we'd rather grow and develop with a Gold V player who gets along good with the team than a Diamond II solo q hero/keyboard warrior who thinks they are better than everyone and play the blame game.
It is important to note that our shot caller is to be followed without hesitation. Yes, wrong decisions will be made as we go through growing pains. Uniformity and decisiveness will however benefit us in the long run. It is important that you provide important information throughout the match, as well as potential ideas for the shot caller to take consideration of. IE: "I have tp available for bot lane play", "Cho flash 1244", "I feel strong enough to secure baron/dragon after we make a pick", "Top lane has been set to push". Any salt/negative attitude is to be shelved until after the game at which point we will discuss tactics and what players agree/didnt agree with. Negative attitude during a game, and early desire to FF will result in an immediate dismissal from try outs.
Position: Top lane Current Elo: Gold V+ Champion pool: Must be willing and able to play a variety of champions and champion types to match the midlaner's unorthodox style. May even be required to lane swap with the midlaner, so mid lane familiarity is a plus. Bonus if you are comfortable with the newly claimed "Juggernaut" champions. I have a feeling that these will become dominant for a while.
Position: Jungler Current Elo: Gold V+ Champion pool: Must have a comfortable grasp of meta item junglers. You do not always need to play them, but sometimes a team just has to have shyvanna because dragons.
Position: ADC Current Elo: Gold V+. This position will be the most difficult to fill. Your play style will have to go well with the support player we already have. Even if you have good communication and good skills, you may not be selected if play styles do not match up to a point where both players feel happy/comfortable. Champion pool: ADC's. If you play Draven, we wont like you. I think every other ADC is viable. Extra bonus points if you feel comfortable on sivir, corki, trist, vayne and kalista.
If you are interested, please leave a reply stating your: IGN: position desired: current elo: top 5 champs in your position: champion you would like to play during tryouts:
We will give every player at least 2 games of tryouts to assess whether or not you are a good fit unless exceptional circumstances occur where we will dismiss you after one game.
Also, please add me in game @ Akrobatix and let me know that you have replied to this post.
Thanks everyone!

champion you would like to play during tryouts: I'd feel comfortable with any champ I've mentioned. Really depends on team comp.
I understand you are all looking for one or the other so I'll let you decide if you want me to tryout with both or just 1
