I dont wanna sound negative or like a downer but tbh you need to be high silver+ for any serious team to consider you. You might be looking for a 5s team cause you're tired of solo Que and want better team but man the reason why you're in there is because you either don't have the mechanics to get out. The key to advancing in any rank is focusing on you and only you, because if you do everything perfect you can win 70%-80% of your games. For example I see that when you're in a lane you get a average of 3 to 4 cs a min, I would work on that because 15 to 20 cs is = to a kill so try to get it up to like 7 or 8 cs a min.
