Gold 4 Jungle Main LF Serious Ranked Team READ BELOW

I am a Solid Jungler and am looking for a team to be apart of and continue to play with. am not looking for a team that just wants to get the ward skin or whatever. I am kind of tired of joining a ranked team and then they disband whenever we win all the games and get played bronze 5 or something. its called climbing out of that area for a reason.... I just want to be on a team that loves when other teammates criticize there gameplay so they can get better and if someone dis-agrees with a call they talk about it AFTER games instead of IN GAMES to create arguments and just not focus. I am Getting better at the shot calling role myself I love to make the calls but then again im only gold 4 (rank shouldn't matter about your knowledge of the game- there is analysts that are only gold or silver) but if your interested in having me a part of your SERIOUS team just put a comment below I prefer you be GOLD 5 and above and relate to my little RANT above. Little more about myself: I have been playing sinse season 1 and have recently just got to gold yeah I know its my fault im this low of elo I just started palying this game again.... I quit season 4 cause of issues. and am back full time. I know pretty much everything about the game (no im not a cocky %%%. I just know a lot about the game and know how to win, but knowledge on theg ame doesn't win soloq skill does). AND I WOULDNT MIND IT IF EVEN A COACH IS READING THIS AND WOULD WANT TO HELP ME OUT IN GAME I WOULD ACTAULLY APPRECIATE IT ALOT. But that's all I got I just want a team that has the same pint of beiw as I do on the game like I said if interested comment below
