Season5 Plat Looking for Team

I'm currently Plat 4 solo, and would like to join a team for ranked 5s preferably with the other members being Gold+. My preferred roles are Jungle or ADC but I can fill any role. I'd like to join a team more for improvement than competitiveness and would like players who can keep their cool and not start yelling at each other (as found in solo queue). I have/prefer curse voice or raidcall but will use whatever the team uses.
