looking for high elo players to hit diamond and higher in ranked 3s

hi im diamond 5 and im wanting to form a team to hit diamond in 3s the real goal is to hit challenger but i know there is a better chance of hitting diamond so im not setting my goals to high till we get there but the main goal is to be a challenger team just add me if you are interested or msg me on here thanks :).
