Silver Support / Top looking for 5v5 or Dynamic Queue Team

Hi, I'm 25y old player from East coast, I love playing Support and Top Lane. My play style is team oriented I like to play champions that enables team plays and can feed kills to Carries. I'm aware of my games and I do record them to later preview, what my mistakes were and work on eliminating them. I like adult professional environment where people can sit down and talk without much of feeling what were pross and cons of each other game-plays and try to collectively work on removing barricades in team play.

 Due to nature of my job I'm able to play basically 24/7. I do have good communication skills as-well as I'm able to join on any voice chat, and I have my personal TS3 server.

 I do have preferred champion pool (see below) but I like to learn new champions and combination especially if some sick team-plays comes out of it.
