Macro-Game vs Mechanics Duo que partner.

Hi my name is Ray, 16, bronze 1. I main mid lane and jg. plain and simple I am looking for a duo que partner. Preferably this person be either top or jg main. I've noticed games are becoming increasingly harder to carry because I'm facing better players that are silver while I'am bronze and so are my teammates. I believe in my ability to win lane and carry the game. League of legends is a decision making game its more macro than mechanics. Winning lane is not as important as making game changing decisions. People i play with don't understand that 10% of the game is mechanics vs 90% is decision making. My team's are to busy trying to get kills vs taking objectives. They chase people through the map while 3 of them are dead and there is open turrets for the taking, or a free baron or drake. I need a partner who is smart in decisions and listens to teammates before jumping in. I know this may be a lot to ask for from a bronze player, however i believe it can be done.
