4 year EXP player LF team

Hey there, 4 and a half year player looking to get back onto a competitive 5s team to climb in the ranks and possibly participate in tournaments, im located on the west coast and the best times for me to play are going to be like 4pm until 11pm pst which would be 7pm until 2am est Sunday through thursday, I am willing to practice on fridays and saturdays as well but i try to have a life on those days lol. Ideal number of practice days is 3-4. I have competed on teams before as a jungler and support with success, the highest ranked team i participated on made it to Gold 3. As far as solo q, in season 4 i made it to gold 1 in about 40 games until real life situations prevented me from playing league for a few months. This season i have a gold 2 account (with plat mmr) and a gold 4 account. What i am looking for is a team filled with players at a plat+ playing level and i would like to get a team to at least platinum.

Based on the current meta i am most comfortable in the Mid lane, and as a current Mid main, that is would i am most looking to play. I am very comfortable in other roles as well. ( Mid > Top > Jungle > Support > ADC )

Champs i am most comfortable on and best at: Mid > Azir, Ahri, Viktor, Varus, Kog (Reverse the W nerf on LB ffs) also a lot of practice on Cho, Cass, Kass, Yasuo, and Fizz Top > Rumble, Hec, Mao, trying to get more practice on Gnar Jungle > Reksai, Sej, Nid, Gragas, Udyr ADC > Sivir and Lucian are really the only ones i have had recent practice with Support > Alistar, Janna, Leona, Thresh
