Looking for Duo to Climb Out of Silver, Gold Last Season Supp/Mid Main

I main support/mid > adc > top. I cannot jungle. In the worst case scenario I can play 1 jungler ok-ish. I was gold 4 last season. I'm silver 2 right now. I'm an okay player and don't rage ever.
