Curently Bronze 4 looking for a serious team to join

Hi I've been playing for some time now, but like an idiot I jumped into ranked as soon as I could and dropped myself real low in ranked and now even if I play better I still have to rely a lot on my team being good too make it out of bronze. That's why I'm looking for a team to join so I can 1 have people to play with regularly but mostly 2 take my gaming to the next level, and not have to worry about how good the randoms I get on my team are good.

I play all the time these days so you can always find me online
