Gold Mid/AD Looking for serious team

Hello, I'm Neophobia. I started the game late season 3, and reached gold in season 4, and then again in season 5. I main mid lane and adc, and am looking for a serious team to join.

My mid-lane strengths are my laning phase and my late game teamfighting. I generally get ahead of my opponent in CS, and can transfer that to helping snowball other lanes. I have fairly good mechanics, but my main weakness is my decision making. I often go over aggressive, leading to unnecessary deaths. I am working on fixing this. I can play any champion needed of me.

My ADC strengths are my mechanics and my teamfights. I have good positioning, and generally don't need ridiculous amounts of peel. I can fend for myself during a teamfight, allowing the team to have a more dive-heavy team comp. I don't generally go over aggressive, although I sometimes feel weaker than I am. I can play all meta-adcs, although I prefer corki, graves, lucian, and draven.

I am 18 years old, and I have a very light schedule, meaning I can make most practice times and can give a heads-up of when I will be missing a practice. I play daily and am trying to improve. I have a good microphone/headset, and can use any voice programs needed. I try to be vocal, although I feel I am quieter than I should be, and am working on improving that.
