Gold Mid main LFG to play more constantly with!

I'm a Mid main, been playing since S2, but took S6 off, and im back into it now. I'm very open to criticism and looking to improve in any way, with the help of others. I play about 35+ hours a week, and i'm available all weekends/ nights. My main champ pool: Ori, Annie, Kass, Ziggs, yas, xerath, and Talon. I've been looking to find a team that works well together, and have yet to find anything so far.
