Duo Q Partner Wanted!

Hey guys! I have been playing this game since season 2, and I have really been upset with how Riot treats me. I have been put in bronze 5 every season since season 3! I have climbed out twice already, and riot asks me to do it again. The last two bronze climbs were really hard, and with how its been going so far my fate looks grim. If anyone is having the same problem let me know! Lets team up, and take these noobs head on. Im looking for someone who is consistent. I don't need someone to carry me. I just need someone who can go even in lane, and can work well with someone. We dont need to skype call or anything in game chat is fine.
