Looking for adc for 5s

Looking for an adc for serious 5s team. Currently gold 3 team looking for gold 2+ adc. Must be willing to play 3-4 nights per week. We do not deal with ragers, you rage, you're gone. Also must have a set champ pool of 4 adc's that are mained. we build team comps and are not looking for someone who wants to play every adc there is.
