Looking for ADC/Top players

Recently I've been getting extremely frustrated with ranked. In my B1 promos I was matched up with two unrankeds who both had below %10 win rates. I occasionally have my bad games or games where I tilt so hard I cannot focus but if I had teammates that I could trust I feel I would do better. At this point in time I have a few duo partners but I only have one person I truly trust to preform. I'm looking for other people to duo with that will do their best and not flame or feed.
