Semi Serious Ranked 5s Team LF Mid Laner!

We are looking for a mid laner that will compliment our ranked 5s team. Here are some requirements.

Gold - Plat Tier (we are trying to grow as a team, and don't want anyone to high of ELO)

Understanding (we all make mistakes, and as a team we are very good at pointing out what we did wrong as individuals, opposed to saying what other people did wrong)

Working mic w/ Comms (skype or curse voice pref)

A good META based champion pool, with a few of your own picks thrown in there.
