Need a d3+ ADC for ranked 5s. Climbing to Challenger.

I have got a team consisting of 4 mid-high diamond and we just need a d3 or above adc to start climbing with. We are trying to get to challenger and play often enough to not decay so we will get rewards. No toxicity and no flaming if you have a dispute with someone on the team then talk about it do not rage. We will be using Curse for voice chat. Do not add me if you dont want to play or dont meet the requirements. Thank you.

Also if you want to be a sub just be at least d3 and be committed to climbing to challenger even if we lose now and again. And also put your role and rank and ign in comments if you want added. Thank you for your time.
