Starting a serious 5s team

Who: Gold+ need apply.

What:Open tryouts for a serious ranked 5's team in preparation for next season.

When: Friday, 26th December, 9 PM eastern - 12 AM Eastern.

Every requirement comes with a reason....If you feel unsure on a requirement, feel free to ask me questions during the interview.

Requirements:

Rank: Gold V - Diamond 1 (Ranked soloque shows both an understanding of the game, and consistency of play)

Communication: Curse is required. Also a clear method of speech is neccesary (ex:headset or quiet room.) (These are required because within a team setting, communication is key, and without it, we might as well be solo-queing)

Interview: A peer to peer interview is required prior to try-outs. (this is used to establish information on the candidate and to assist assessing attributes not directly associated with play.)
