Plat 3(Plat 1 last season) Support main looking for a team/to coach low ELO players.

Really tired of all the casual groups saying they want to form a team. I want to find people that are willing to work hard, and look problems directly in the face and fix them. I am a support main, that has also played top for a few years. I am also looking to coach low ELO (preferably bronze or silver) players at mid, top, or supp.
