Looking for Managers For Serious Teams

I currently have 3 teams currently that I am managing so its getting pretty crazy for a single manager. I am looking for some other to take my place to have a manager per team but still having me as the top manager/owner of all teams. Comment giving me a short bio of yourself along with experience of your management role. Comment what team you would like to take on. Answer these 3 questions in your comment. Only apply if you are fully dedicated to the team you are assigned to and there schedule. I have 2 coach's and possibly a 3rd (I would like one for each team) working with the teams while some players are paying for professional coach's for themselves. All my teams are dedicated and serious about climbing and eventually going pro. I will be handling the sponsors and upper management stuff.

Team Start time Purple- 6pm EST Mon, Wed, Fri (Mainly Diamond) Red- Undecided (filling roster) Blue- 11pm EST Mon, Wed, Fri (Mainly Plat)

What you would do

  1. Replace players that decide to leave or drop to sub position
  2. Talk with coach's after each game
  3. Hold team meetings
  4. Set schedule if required each week
  5. Get team set up for tournaments
  6. Handle social media

These questions are examples of some situations that can arise in the competitive scene. Answer how you would handle certain situations.

1.) A team member doesn't want to listen to the coach's advice on what he needs to work on and get a major attitude, by threatening to leave the team if he can't play how he likes. How would you calm that player down and keep him on the team while getting him to take the coach's advice?

2.) The team loses 6 games in a row and puts the team on tilt. What would you do to get them off tilt and back in the right state of mind?

3.) One lane has a bad game and all the other member are ganging up on him and telling him he is a noob and need to be replaced. How would you calm the team down and get them to realize that everyone has bad games?

  1. I would calmly say. Okay I understand you are frustrated and that you don't wanna be told what to do and I understand your side of why, but lets look at the pros/cons of each.

  2. Okay every team has their ups and downs, but the BEST teams are the ones that can overcto ome the low times and learn from their mistakes. Lets see what we can do fix our mistakes/issues/tilt. We can come out stronger once we overcome these obstacles. So I'll talk to them and work with them on how to overcome the issues at hand for them to get back in the swing of things.

  3. As the questions states "everyone has bad games" this is solely the answer the question, but I'll give my deeper answer. we all make mistakes and get caught in the present. We start to not think clearly and tend to make more mistakes lets all come to that conclusion that he/she clearly had an off game and not dog on him/her for not performing like they ususally do (Recite a game/action where they actually did good and held the team up in game/or out of game).

(on a side note) I have coached other teams like basketball, soccer, and a csgo team. I want to venture to the LoL era and become even more knowledge in the work of coaching. I honestly love to work with others and see them improve in the thing they are good at/love. It is the thing that keeps me going each and everyday to see people strive for greatness and me myself will as well to keep teams up and to make them have good chemistry, coordination and a better understanding of their roles in each and every game. Thank you for your time.
