Team mechanics

Hello,I am known around League as Tabex, I've been playing lol since the middle of season 3, and over time I've learned that whenever a team is established (ranked 5v5) it starts off really great,your on skype talking to people you just met,but before you can even get through your placement matches the team becomes inactive. I would like to Kick the season off right with a solid team(9 members), Silver 5-Silver 1 Ranked team mmr is required.I like to do primary and secondary roles for the team, that way you don't get burnt out on one position, I personaly main adc and secondary mid. Please add me if your serous about playing on a ranked 5v5 team and actually going somewhere,If im in-game or away I will be with you A.S.A.P.
