I need a team

Hello, so ive been playing this game A LOT, like 900 ranked games lot. I noticed that i tend to always win lane / know objectives / and basically how the game works. On the other hand, for some reason everygame i play - my team does terrible / something "happens" like jg forgets to take smite, some afk late game, and some actually inten feed while announcing it. I dont know if it is just my luck, but every lobby i get placed in, they are not good......

I come to you guys for help! Please i would like to join a team. I play 1v1 with my diamond freind and apparently im better than him - but that is besides the point. If anyone has a team or wants to start a team, i would be happy to join! I strongly recommend you guys to have skype. I am currently in s3 and if you guys are open to it, i have a buddy who would like to join to! Lets get out of silver guys, who can take me?

and if you MUST know, my absolute best lane is Sion Support > mid > support > jungle > top > adc
