Silver 4 Adc Looking for Support and Ready to Learn

Well I'm currently Silver IV, as stated above, but I want to get to Gold or Silver I for an example. (If anyone can) I would like to have a duo q partner who is a support main (Again if possible). I would like to get to higher ranks with this person.

I normally am on almost everyday (Not playing League all day though).

I main Graves, Cait, Jinx, and Corki. (Going to learn new adcs soon) I like to go aggro very early + poking with adcs. I love supps who can also poke, and the ones that can shield etc.

I am also looking for someone who isn't toxic and knows how to play really good. I also main Jungle (If anyone wants to know).
