Amateur Coach LF Serious team, pref Plat+ players

Hi all, I'm an amateur looking to coach/analyse for a serious team.

I was only a Gold V player last season, but that's probably more due to my mechanics (or lack thereof). Game knowledge is obviously difficult to prove in terms of rank or stats, but I do love strategy games, and would say I have a good understanding for the strategy aspects of the game. I have been playing for about 2 years+, and also do keep up with the major leagues (LCS, LCK, LPL). With that being said about me, I am looking for a serious team to coach/analyse, specifically more on the overall team-based game strategy (map movements, when to take fights, objective control, etc.)

This team should also consist of players who are preferably plat+, as I am not looking to coach on the individual player's mechanics. I think plat+ would generally be the point for having solid mechanics and being able to at least go toe to toe with higher ranked opponents. On top of that, a solid replay recording (with team comms) would also be needed, and since I only speak English, I can only work with English speaking teams.

Depending on the team, my gameplan is to:

  1. Establish baseline (~5 games) Play all comfort picks (max. 3 diff champs for one player), and preferably not more than 2 styles of teamcomps first
  2. Identify team basic issues and problem enemy champions for target bans
  3. Work on team basic issues
  4. Identify individual player strengths / weaknesses / tendencies
  5. Have players list own priority champions with comfort rating upon 10
  6. Access overall team comp vs individual player traits

A bit more about me:

  • I have my own Gold-Plat team on SEA server under Garena, been playing together regularly for a couple months, where I'm the shotcaller and I regularly post ideas on what the team should focus on (sorta like a coach)
  • Currently coaching a Plat+ team on a semi-regular basis
  • I'm in talks with 3 diamond teams, and after viewing footage I'm confident that I have something to offer at that level or even beyond.

Hey there,

I'm of the same mind as you, wanting to get into the coaching side of things. I've done a small amount of work so far, really enjoying re watching games in depth and picking them apart. Would you be open to the prospect of a joint venture?

I feel this would be if it in a number of way, as we would I'm sure pick things up off eachother. A little about me: Current Plat 3, thought for the coaching side of things this isn't that relevant. Have my own team who I reqatch and go over, tho there's only so far silver plays can go! Regular watcher of all regions.

-also trying to do the same thing. Biggest strength is pick ban process. Looking to improve overall macro strategy and developing a plan of action for most scenarios throughout a game
