Duo Ranked Partner ; Bronze-Silver

Hey guys, I'm Hater209. I was put in Bronze one but i really want to get to silver. Im not that bad, but most of the games that i get put into are filled with feeders, or just trolls. I main Mid, but I like to play support in ranked. I can play any role, but in ranked i prefer support. I do have skype so those who would like to skype and give me tips, that would be great.
