Looking for a team to learn!

Hi all, I've been playing LOL for a pretty long time. Since Riot decided to get rid of Dominion mode, I've found myself just playing Aram or other game modes that are temporary. A few weeks ago I decided to start playing normal draft and trying to catch up to the game. So far this has been a nightmare because even when I think I'm doing good, my teammates are screwing things up and the blaming game starts. I'm starting to get really annoyed and frustrated playing summoner's rift, specially when we are down 20+ kills in just 20 minutes and when you make a petition to surrender, people just want to keep going for no good reason.

If any team out here can have the patience to teach me, let me learn and of course have fun in the process let me know.
