League of Legends players in Japan?

Well luckily we've had more announcements in the past week in regards to the voice actors finally being done (We've only been waiting for voiceovers from Riot Japan).

There is a lot of speculation that they will either open the server up during the Preseason or regular season. I've been waiting for almost 2 years for this server zzz.

speaking of jp, when is the jp server live? and although i dont live in jp atm, im generally awake at around this time period

I live in hk but i'd like to play with jp timezone since i don't have much friends play similar timezone , better play in na/jp ser than trash lag tw server
