need seasoned players that are looking to play in some tournaments for that sweet,sweet RP

CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR; 2016-11-12 TOP AND JUNGLE ( Still feel free to post your app for another role and I might get back to you )

-Need discord/etc. -Tournament experience is nice. -Be able to attend a 5-6 pm to 9-10 pm mountain time practice schedule few days or more a week,subject to change upon a full team being set in stone, with everyone's approval. . ( google ''what time is it mountain time'', calculate the difference to your time zone and see if that works out for you) -You need to make tournament game day times few hours before the games for sure. -Know your role. -Dont be wishy washy,main your role in 95% of your games, with some exceptions. -No one trick players, I might ask you to play certain champs. -Provide helpful advice to the team, maybe you know an op bush strat we don't. -When a teammate is on you should be either playing normals or ranked together. -If I sense any animosity between teammates the person being the aggressor will be replaced, this does not mean you can't voice your opinion. -Games will be won and lost until we get into the groove of things so be able to take that loss like a man,try not to make the same mistakes again.

I am building this team to last so please don't waste my time, serious applicants only.

Rank: I'm Gold V in promos, I understand you asked for gold 3 and i believe that im at gold 3 lvl and i could get there if riot hurrys up and brigns back soloq/dynamic quee

Role: main role mid, but i can top just as good

Champs you play with total confidence(all roles,main first): For soloq in mid i play ( Zed Yasou LeBlanc ) for teams i can play ( Cass Syndra Viktor Anivia ) . For top i can play Gnar Jayce Kennen Shen Maokai and im also very quick and learning champions

Can you make the practice times: Yes i can

Best quality as a player: I'm extreamly dedicated.

Are you familiar with google docs: Some what

Microphone: Yes

Tournament experience, which tournament?: I have been in TMG Tournament and also in Compete League.

Do you prefer shot calling? Rather not but can with a bit of training.

 The reason why I'm applying  even tho I'm not gold 3 is because I'm very close to gold 3 and i am very dedicated.  Something about me is i 99% of the time make every practice,  i communicate  a lot and i can take criticism.  If i fuck up i usually point it out and if i don't i really appreciate it when my team mates do.  I believe first step is that everyone has to show up to practices and then we can play and improve.   I  personally don't like beating around the bush if someone is  doing something wrong i will speak up in a nice and respectful away and i expect the same.  As far as my role goes i main mid and i can play top just as good.  I'd rather be your midlaner but if that position is set and stone i would like to try out for top.

Rank: Gold 2, but made it to plat promos,

Role: I main mid and adc. Play jg and top proficiently as well.

Champs you play with total confidence(all roles,main first): I can play xerath, zed, yasuo, cass, ori, leb, kat mid lane well, but i often rip out champs first time in ranked and pop off with them. For adc draven(no, I'm not a tyer fanboy, completely) is my go to, but i've played alot of vayne kalista tristana and lucian. Caitlin and ez are also good.

Can you make the practice times: Yes i can

Best quality as a player: I'm always looking around the map, to see where the enemy team is.

Are you familiar with google docs: way too much.

Microphone: Yes

Tournament experience, which tournament?: Participated in HSL when i was in High school, did a few solo que tournaments.

Do you prefer shot calling? If im not in an extremely tense lane, or playing jg yes, but I'd prefer someone else be able to make good calls too if I'm in a tough position.
