The greatest advice I can give you rather than the other mate is a few things. First, pick one role to focus on in the game rather than several roles. Support is an alright role, but the limitations of a support player in Bronze is enormous. If you are serious in climbing, top and mid are the most probably positions to choose. Second, your champion pool needs to be reduced tremendously to two to three champions. These champions need a kit that can offer a degree of crowd control or escape. Ahri has excellent escape for instance with a lovely charm. Along with having a small champion pool, you need to know how to handle your counters. Third, csing has the greatest influence on play in the game. Knowing how to cs when you are being hammered and when you are ahead are crucial. This includes farming under the turret, so take the time in a custom game to learn turret targeting behaviors. We had the same issue. I got placed Silver IV as a support, but before I knew it, I was in Bronze V. Once I switched over to mid, the games started to come under my control. Look at my match history for evidence. At the moment, the losses have accounted for lagging, afks, and one really, really bad team, so I am waiting on my computer to be built this upcoming Monday. Another piece of advise is to be so dominating in your lane skill-wise that you can either: (A) allow your jungle to focus on other lanes or (B) to roam to aid other lanes. Self-critical analysis for every death and every missed cs will be your friend. Oh, almost forgot this important detail. For Bronze at least, never do more than a duo for ranked. Always has resulted in a loss for myself. Hope this helps. Hit me up if you ever want to 1v1 to polish up your skills on a champ. My ranking doesn't seem convincing at the moment, but I just switched to mid and self-critical analysis to the extreme (game streak should tell the end result though). Openly admit, my late game can get a little rough at times.
