We're a team that's been together for about a year, finished season 6 high bronze to low gold. We're mostly bronze-high silver right now. We want to have fun together while still growing as a team and community. We want to start off young because it's harder to teach an old dog new tricks right? We are a friendly and chill group. We are looking to grow and not get stomped along the way. Just so you know, we don't always lose! We're looking for someone who can set us up with a good foundation with a list of habits we can use to climb higher. We have other coaches for individual lanes and specific champions already, yet are in need of a different form of guidance now. Maybe some teams only want a coach that shines bright like a diamond but we've met many coaches who's teaching ability is far superior and shows much more love for this game. So we are not considering you based on your rank. However, we need someone who's able to spot out where we have room for improvement to be able to tell the coaches "I need you to work on X with this player" or "I need you to teach him how to play X champion". So we need someone who can work well in a managerial position as well as being able to coach.
