Gold V Support Looking for serious ADC duo.

Recently my friends and I attending a league tournament just for fun. We got absolutely destroyed, but it was the most fun I have ever had playing the game. I have always had a passion for competitive play, but I've just never put in the time to get better. After the tournament I started practicing my role (I main support Braum and Thresh mainly.) I would really like to have a reliable ADC to duo with so that I can better understand what the ADC wants out of me as a support. Random people are very hard to work with because it's really a gamble weather or not they will be any good or know their role. I am currently Gold V, but I want to work hard to get Plat this season. I'm looking for someone who is calm and wont tilt at the first sign of a deficit. I'm also not looking to carry people or be carried.
