Looking for Team or Players

I am currently an ADC/Jg main. I am looking for a team to join or possibly 4 other players to join a team together.

The requirements aren't too high honestly. Just looking for a Top/Mid/Jg/Support to team up and play with. The only thing that I kind of want are Higher Gold and Plat from Season 6. I am currently Gold 5 in Solo Q but was plat 5 last season.

Main: Top IGN: HeavenzDemon Current Rank: Gold III Season 6 Rank: Gold III Communication Lvl: Highly Efficient. Good at calling summs, wards placed, objective calls, constantly keeping team focused.

Main: Support IGN: RedCloudvii Current Rank: Bronze IV. Bad luck on placements, and for a support is really hard to carry. Season 6 Rank: Silver II. Used to go on duos, need somebody to deal the damage. Communication Lvl: Super good. Texting only when necessary but good use of pings on the whole map. Warding every damn bush.

I'm also good with mechanics. Dodging every enemy Q and succesfully trading on lane fase.
