LF Chinese speaking Diamond 3+ mid main

Greetings,

I am looking for a Chinese speaker, who mains mid lane, and who is ranked D3+. I need this person to watch several matches and tell me what changes need to be made (from your experience), in order to break through the Plat 2 to Diamond 5 ceiling being bumped up against.

This would be a huge help for my friend that is an international student from China, and is trying to improve for his university's LoL eSports team.
